JOLIET, IL — On Friday, the Joliet Police Department released its fourth video chronicling the misadventures of that mischievous Elf, the most famous elf in all of Joliet, Police Chief Al “Alf” Roechner.

The final episode is called “Seeing is Believing.”

It’s 2:39 long. At the end, Joliet’s Police Department urges everyone to have a Merry Christmas and a safe New Year’s.
