Racially charged confrontation in El Segundo
A racially charged incident was caught on cellphone video in El Segundo.
EL SEGUNDO, Calif. – A racially charged incident was caught on cellphone video in El Segundo.
These types of occurrences have come to be known as ‘Karen’ incidents, which are sudden outbursts or rants that literally come out of nowhere.

The confrontation happened Saturday morning along the beach in El Segundo.
Police were not called to the scene.
